Return Policy:

We will accept return of merchandise if we receive email or written notification within 7 days of receipt. You will be supplied with return authorization instructions. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for authorized returns. Sorry, we can not accept returns of opened and unwrapped Compact Discs, DVD's, essential oils, or opened food or items unless deffective. Food Items can not be returned! If there is a manufacturing defect in a compact disc or DVD, or other item a replacement will be issued, if available. Books can only be returned if deffective.

If products are damaged during transit, you must file a claim with the shipper. Holistic Source is not responsible for damage caused in transit.

Sorry, ONLY Web Store Credit will be issued for authorized returns. The cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. This return policy will keep our prices reasonable and prevent excessive and fraudulent returns and illegal reproduction of compact discs and DVD items.
